I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location is ideal, nestled in a historically rich region. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. I especially enjoyed the sitting area, where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel's restaurant exceeded my expectations, serving delicious food and offering a variety of special diet options. The meals were a true gastronomic delight, and the professional staff deserve high praise for their service.

The free parking was spacious, and it was a relief to have indoor heating during our Christmas stay. We appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities. Although the location was not ideal, it was only a short drive to the nearest town. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The dinner was not up to par, with lackluster options and poor quality ingredients. The decor was outdated and could use some refreshing.

The hotel had a nice setting and clean rooms. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was in a good location, surrounded by plenty of interesting historical landmarks to visit. the Italian cuisine offered was tasty and of good quality.
The bathroom furniture was outdated and needed an upgrade. the air conditioning system did not work properly, making it uncomfortable to regulate the temperature of the room.
